Q: Do you accept exchanges/ returns? A: No. Unless:
(A).: Environmental impact: All orders are printed to order, with this gesture we ensure that no material, ink and everything necessary to create it is wasted.
We will issue returns/ exchanges in the following cases:
- The wrong item was received in terms of model
- The product has arrived in a damaged condition
- The item arrived in poor quality
* Returned products to be shipped at customer's expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print.
2.a Cancellations
A: Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All products are printed to order.
Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of MYHOTPAD.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us using the contact form within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. Thanks for the support, you'll probably never have to contact us for this stuff.
